About Us
First Tri-Star Modaraba was formed under the Modaraba Companies and Modaraba (Floatation and Control) Ordinance, 1980 and the Rules framed thereunder and is managed by A.R.T. Modaraba Management (Private) Ltd. The Modaraba is a perpetual Modaraba and is primarily engaged in leasing / Ijarah of plant, machinery, motor vehicles (both commercial and private) and computer equipment, etc. The Modaraba is listed on Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited.
